MMC优化均压控制方法的研究

TM464; MMC因具有子模块可以级联,输出波形质量好等优势而广泛地应用于高压直流输电等场合.文章在最近电平逼近调制的基础上,对传统的电容电压排序法进行了改进,引入同一桥臂子模块间电压偏差参考量和子模块电容电压排序系数,避免了因排序算法而导致同一个子模块的IGBT频繁投切.通过MATLAB/Simulink搭建了11电平的MMC仿真模型,并给出了同一桥臂子模块间最大电压偏差量和IGBT开关损耗与子模块间电压偏差参考量和不同排序系数的关系曲线,将二者之间的矛盾关系转化成多目标优化模型,设计了一种含加权系数的最优控制算法,给出加权系数为0.8时的最优参数,在最优参数条件下进行了仿真验证,仿真结果...
