基于低共熔溶剂的液液微萃取—石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定牛奶中的镉

目的:加强牛奶中镉含量的监测.方法:建立一种以疏水性低共熔溶剂为萃取剂的液液微萃取方法,结合石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计进行定量测定.通过对不同种类低共熔溶剂(EDS)进行筛选,发现百里香酚和乳酸在摩尔比为1:1时形成的疏水性低共熔溶剂萃取回收率最高,同时对低共熔溶剂(DES)的用量、待测液pH值、样品前处理方式等条件进行优化.结果:在最佳试验条件下,镉在0~3.0 ng/mL的质量浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.998,方法检出限为0.02 μg/kg;加标回收率为94.7%~113.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.38%~7.00%.结论:以疏水性低共熔溶剂为萃取剂的液液微萃取方法简单快速...
