海上风电高抗匝间保护误动分析及对策建议
针对现场频发的海上风电输电海缆高压并联电抗器(以下简称"高抗")匝间保护在常规分、合闸操作过程中的误动问题,开展了误动场景分析并提出相应对策建议.首先,对比不同厂家的匝间保护原理并解析不同操作场景下的误动过程.接着,总结出合闸时因铁心饱和产生零序源而被误判为内部故障及谐振期间电流幅值增大导致测量阻抗减小是保护误动的原因.然后,通过仿真复现了现场操作场景下的录波波形,验证了理论分析的正确性.最后,提出增加零序涌流谐波闭锁判据、增加谐振频率识别判据、操作时高抗侧开关先合后分等防误动措施....
