天然低共熔溶剂降低卷烟烟气苯酚释放量的性能评价
TS411.2; 为开发可降低卷烟烟气中苯酚释放量的功能材料,针对苯酚酚羟基易形成氢键的特性,设计制备了36种天然低共熔溶剂(NADESs).采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、元素分析(EA)和热重分析(TG)技术表征合成产物的结构和热稳定性,采用滤嘴添加剂减害性能模拟评价装置评价合成产物降低烟气苯酚释放量的性能.结果表明:①FT-IR和EA结果表明合成产物为NADESs,TG分析表明NADESs在150℃下具有良好的热稳定性.②13种NADESs对卷烟烟气中苯酚释放量的降低率高于30%,其中氯化胆碱-乙酰丙酸(ChCl-LA)、甜菜碱-乙酰丙酸(Bet-LA)、氯化胆碱-DL-乳酸(Ch...
