工商交接烟叶包内等级内在质量一致性评价

S572; 为揭示工商交接烟叶包内等级内在质量一致性和可接受程度,以工商交接烟叶C3F烟包内样品为研究材料,采用逐片分级、按原烟包混级比例还原的方法,依据烤烟近邻等级关系表设计处理,分析各处理样品的常规化学成分、致香物质、多酚物质(芸香苷、莨菪亭)、感官评吸结果的差异与一致性.结果表明:C3F烟包中如混有同组别近邻等级和外观质量相近的近邻等级烟叶时对烤烟致香物质含量(质量分数)、评吸得分以及化学成分可用性指数影响较小;混有非近邻等级时对烤烟的总体质量影响较大;非近邻等级中仅混有B2F可使烟叶的致香物质含量增加,化学成分可用性指数较好;原级中混有副组烟叶则严重影响烟包整体质量....
