一株枯草芽胞杆菌L249的分离鉴定及对烟草赤星病的盆栽防效

S435.72; 为筛选出对烟草赤星病具有生防潜力的拮抗细菌,以链格孢菌(Alteraria alternata)为靶标菌,采用5点取样法在赤星病发生严重地块采集健康烟株根际土壤,通过梯度稀释分离法和平板对峙法筛选得到一株具有生防作用的拮抗菌L249,对链格孢菌抑菌率达72.27%,经菌落形态、生理生化和分子生物学鉴定为枯草芽胞杆菌(Bacillus subtilis).该菌能产生蛋白酶、纤维素酶和硝酸还原酶等生防相关酶类.利用比浊法测定菌株L249的生长速率,结果表明该菌培养4h后进入对数生长期,14 h后进入稳定生长期.盆栽试验结果表明,菌株L249发酵液能有效抑制烟草赤星病的发生,相对防...
