基于人工气候培养箱的34个烟草品种萌发期耐盐性评价
S572.01; 为明确不同烟草品种的耐盐程度、选育出耐盐烟草品种,采用人工气候箱培养,通过主成分分析和聚类分析对不同烟草品种萌发期的耐盐性进行了综合评价.结果表明,盐胁迫导致K326根长下降50%的浓度(EC50)为150 mmol/L NaCl.用该浓度盐胁迫处理后,34个烟草品种间的发芽势、发芽率、萌发指数、活力指数和根长等指标差异显著.经主成分分析和欧式距离聚类,将试验的烟草品种划分为高耐盐、较耐盐、较敏感和高敏感4个等级.耐盐品种为香料烟巴斯玛;较耐盐的品种为烤烟K326、云烟87,白肋烟DS26、va1061和va509;较敏感品种为烤烟Spt168、中烟100、NC89、秦烟97...
