The Selected Consultant Would Review The Potential Tif District Boundaries, The Eligibility Of The District And Their Development Impact To The Community. The Feasibility Study Will Identify 1) If The Area Can Meet Tif Requirements As Set Forth In State Law; 2) Identify The Redevelopment Potential Of The Area (Appendix 1 - Proposed Boundary Map); 3) Allow The City To Understand The Impact Of A Tif On All Government Agencies In The District Boundary; And 4) Review Options To Benefit The Subject Properties And Government Agencies.
