Summary: | Residual nasal deformity in patients with cleft palate remains the main demand of these patients. Performing primary nasal surgery has significantly improved the results. However, it is still often necessary to improve the nasal morphology. Respect of tissues during primary surgery is essential and allows easier secondary corrections. Anatomical reconstruction greatly facilitates the treatment of secondary deformities. Do not hesitate in case of major labionasales sequelae, to make revision, according to the rules of primary surgery, of the entire lip and nose. |
