Summary:The official data concerning the results of additional dispensarization of working population was used to calculate indicators of morbidity in one of the large agroindustrial oblast of the Northern West federal okrug with consideration of previously detected chronic diseases. The rate of a number of classes of pathology (nosology forms) was determined and its dynamics in last three years and structure of morbidity as well. The article presents distribution of examined persons on groups of dispensarization monitoring and the results of calculation of indicators of dispensary recording of patients with chronic diseases.
