보육교사 인성과 아동보호 행동 간 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과: 아동학대 인식 및 신고 의도를 중심으로

· 연구 주제: 본 연구는 보육교사들을 통한 아동학대의 적극적 예방을 위해 보육교사의 인성과 아동보호 행동 간의 관계를 밝히고, 보육교사의 직무만족도가 해당 관계에 어떤 매개효과를 가지는지를 실증적으로 분석한다. · 연구 배경: 아동학대를 예방하기 위해 지금까지 다양한 정책·제도가 시행되었으나 한계점 역시 나타나고 있다. 이에 보육교사를 적극적 아동보호 역할자로서 재인식하고 이를 통한 아동학대 방지 대책을 고찰하고자 하였다. · 선행연구와의 차이점: 적극적 아동보호 행동의 행위자로서 보육교사를 재인식하고 보육교사의 인성, 직무만족도, 아동보호 행동 간 관계를 통합한 연구를 시행하였다는 점에서 기존 연구와 차이점이 있다. · 연구방법: 이를 위해 다중회귀분석을 시행하여 각 변수 간 영향력을 파악하고, 보육교사의 인성과 아동학대 인식 및 신고 의도 간의 관계에서 직무만족도의 매개효과를 확인하고자 Baron과 Kenny의 방법을 사용한 분석과 함께 매개효과의 검증 방법으로 Sobel의 Z검정을 사용한다. · 연구 결과: 연구 결과는 첫째, 인성은 아동보호 행도 및 직무만족도에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족도는 아동학대 보호행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 직무만족도는 보육교사의 인성과 아동보호 행동 간 관계에서 부분 매개효과를 띄는 것으로 나타났다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 연구 결과를 통해 보육 교사를 위한 인성 교육의 필요성 및 이를 강화하기 위한 구체적이고 체계적인 인성교육 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다는 점이 시사된다. · Research topics: In order to actively prevent child abuse through childcare workers, this study investigates the relationship between childcare workers' personality and child protection behavior and empirically analyzes the mediating effect of childcare workers' job satisfaction on this relationship. · Research background: Various policies and systems have been implemented to prevent child abuse, but there are also limitations. Therefore, this study aims to reconceptualize childcare workers as active child protection roles and examine measures to prevent child abuse through them. · Differences from prior research: This study differs from previous studies in that it reconceptualizes childcare workers as active agents of child protection behavior and integrates the relationship between childcare workers' personality, job satisfaction, and child protection behavior. · Research results: For this purpose, multiple regression analysis is conducted to determine the influence of each variable, and Sobel's Z test is used as a test of mediation effect, along with analysis using Baron and Kenny's method to determine the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between childcare workers' personality and attitudes toward child abuse perceptions and reporting intentions. · Contribution points and expected effects: The findings suggest that there is a need for character education for childcare workers and a need to develop specific and systematic personality education measures to strengthen it.
