‘빈empty 물체’ 연기훈련에 관한 상담심리학적 고찰: 에튜드 수레바퀴 모형을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 스타니슬랍스키 시스템의 ‘빈empty 물체’ 연기훈련을 상담심리학적으로 고찰하여, 훈련의 개념과 원리를 체계화하고 상담심리학 프로그램으로서의 활용가능성을 확인하는 것이다. 연구는 빈 물체에 관한 연극학적, 상담심리학적 문헌을 탐색하고, 도출된 핵심개념들을 중심으로 실제 강의사례의 질적 분석을 통해 논거들을 보완하였다. ‘빈 물체’는 물체와의 상호작용에서 물체를 의도적으로 제거, 즉 비움으로써, 대상들 사이의 힘의 역동성과 관계성을 알아차리고, 기억하는 연기훈련이다. 훈련의 목적은 첫째, 무의식적 행동을 의식화하는 것이며, 둘째, 심리과정과 행동 간의 역동성을 알아차리는 것이다. 선행연구와 강의사례로 도출된 핵심개념들은 ‘자감(自感)’과 ‘작용-반작용(action-reaction)’이며, 이는 지각과 경험에서 행동으로 이어지는 과정을 면밀하게 관찰하는 것을 의미한다. 이때, 자감은 ‘기억’과 집중과 이완은 ‘마음챙김’의 개념과 원리들로 체계성이 보완될 수 있다. 본 연구는 스타니슬랍스키 시스템의 빈 물체를 구조화하여, 빈 물체가 가지는 상담심리학적 가치 혹은 활용가능성을 일부 확인했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the ‘Empty Object’ acting training of the Stanislavski system from a counseling psychology perspective, systematize the concepts and principles of the training, and confirm its applicability as a counseling psychology program. The study explored theater and counseling psychology literature on empty objects and supplemented the arguments through qualitative analysis of actual lecture cases focusing on the key concepts derived. ‘Empty Object’ is an acting training that involves noticing and remembering the power dynamics and relationships between objects by intentionally removing or emptying them in interactions with objects. The purpose of training is, first, to make unconscious behavior conscious, and second, to recognize the dynamics between psychological processes and behavior. The key concepts derived from previous research and lecture examples are ‘self-awareness’ and ‘action-reaction’, which means closely observing the process that leads from perception and experience to action. At this time, systematicity can be supplemented with the concepts and principles of ‘memory’ for self-awareness and ‘mindfulness’ for concentration and relaxation. This study is significant in that it structured the empty objects of the Stanislavski system and confirmed some of the counseling psychological value or usability of the empty objects.
