초등학교 장애학생 대상 진로·직업교육 관련 연구동향

연구목적: 본 연구는 국내의 연구 중 초등학교 장애 학생의 진로 및 직업교육과 관련하여 국내 학위논문과 학술지에 게재된 논문들의 연구내용을 분석하여, 초등학교 장애 학생의 진로 및 직업교육 관련 최근 연구동향과 앞으로 다루어져야 할 연구 과제들에 대한 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 초등학교 장애학생을 대상으로 이루어진 진로․직업교육 관련 국내 연구의 동향을 살펴보기 위해 2000년부터 2017년까지의 학위논문 45편과 학술지논문 29편을 주제, 대상, 방법, 분야, 측정도구, 독립변인, 종속변인으로 나누어 분석하였다. 연구결과: 국내 초등학교 장애학생의 진로교육 관련 연구들은 새로운 특수교육법의 시행과 특수교육과정의 개정 이후 더욱 다양한 주제, 대상, 방법, 분야, 측정도구, 독립변인, 종속변인으로 연구가 활성화 되고 있다. 결론: 이러한 연구결과들을 토대로 추후 초등학교 장애학생의 진로 및 직업교육의 발전 방안을 제시하자면, 단순한 실태 및 인식 등의 연구에서 실제 현장적용에 필요한 이론적 모델 정립과 연구방법의 확대 및 주제, 대상, 분야의 다양화를 들 수 있다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze domestic dissertations and papers published in the academic journal regarding career and vocational education of primary school disabled students, and to provide directions for recent research trends and future research tasks for primary school disabled students. Method: 45 dissertations and 29 academic papers, including subjects, subjects, methods, fields, measurement tools, independent variables and dependent variables, were analyzed to examine the trends of domestic research on career and job education for elementary school disabled students from 2000 to 2017. Results: Research on career education for disabled students in elementary schools in Korea has been activated by various subjects, subjects, methods, fields, measurement tools, independent variables, and dependent variables since the implementation of the Special Education Act on the physically handicapped and the revision of the special education curriculum. Conclusion: Based on these findings, future research plans for career education of primary school disabled students include the establishment of theoretical models through practical field application, expansion of qualitative research methods, and diversification of research subjects, research subjects, and research fields.
