요골 간부 골절에서 시행한 골수강내 금속정 고정술 후 발생한 장무지 신전건의 지연성 파열

장무지 신전건의 지연성 파열은 주로 원위 요골 골절의 금속판 고정 후 마멸에 의해 발생하게 된다. 그러나 요골 간부 골절에서 골수강내 금속정 삽입 후 발생하는 경우는 매우 드물다. 저자들은 요골 간부 골절의 치료를 위해 골수강내 금속정을 삽입한 환자에서 장무지 신전건의 지연성 파열과 시지 고유 신전건 전이술 후 골수정 삽입부위에서 시지 장지 신전건과 시지 고유 신전건의 유착에 의한 이상현상을 경험하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. Delayed rupture of the extensor pollicis longus tendon mostly occur after plate fixation of distal radius fracture. However, delayed rupture of the extensor pollcis longus tendon following intramedullary nailing of radial shaft fracture is very rare. We report one case of delayed rupture of the extensor pollicis longus tendon following intramedullary nailing, presenting abnormal signs from adhesion of the extensor pollicis longus with extensor indicis at the nail insertion site.
