청각장애인의 대학원 생활과 직장생활 적응 환경에 대한 연구
많은 장애 학생들이 특례 입학 제도로 대학에 입학하거나, 대학원에 진학하는 경우가 점차 늘어가고 있다. 하지만 각 대학에서는 입학한 장애인을 위한 시설이나 학습 지원 체제 등의 제반 조건들이 고려되지 않고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구는 여러 장애 영역 중 청각장애를 수반한 대학원생들의 교육 실태를 분석하고, 이에 따른 문제점과 개선 방안을 찾아 이들에게 보다 적절한 지원 대책을 수립하고, 청각장애 대학원생의 질 높은 학교생활을 가능하게 하는데 의의가 있다. But most of university have not respect to general state of things in regard of facility and learning support system and so on for students with disabilities who have already entered. Therefore, this study is to investigate educational current state of graduate students with hearing impairment out of various disability categories, and is to find their problems and improvement direction for establishing measure to give appropriate support for them, and ensure that students with hearing impairment lead an high quality school life.
