특수교육대상아동 가족 참여 중재 관련 국내 단일대상연구 동향 및 질적 지표 분석

연구목적: 본 연구는 특수교육대상아동 가족 참여 중재와 관련하여 국내 단일대상연구의 일반적 동향 및 질적 지표를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 2007년부터 2019년까지 국내 특수교육 관련 학술지 등재 및 등재후보지에 게재된 문헌을 선정기준에 따라 44편 수집하여 가족 참여 중재의 일반적 특징과 질적 지표 충족 수준을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 가족 중재 참여자의 경우 자폐성장애, 유아, 어머니의 참여가 높게 나타났고, 대부분 중재자로 참여하였다. 중재 장소는 주로 가정에서 이루어졌고, 중재회기는 15~19회기가 높게 분석되었다. 연구방법은 중다간헐기초선설계가 많이 적용되었고, 대부분 유지를 측정하였으나 일반화를 측정한 문헌은 절반 수준으로 나타났으며, 관찰자간 신뢰도를 제시한 연구에 비해 중재충실도와 사회적 타당도를 제시한 연구는 낮게 나타났다. 중재 전략과 관련하여 활동(놀이) 중심, 강화, 사회적 환경구조화, 자연적 교수, 기능평가와 긍정적 행동지원이 높게 나타났고, 종속 변인으로는 사회⋅정서 영역에 대한 연구가 주를 이루어졌으며 연령별로 차이가 나타났다. 질적 평가 지표를 통한 분석 결과, 대상자 기술, 측정 절차(과정), 측정 빈도, 측정 신뢰도, 독립변인 기술, 종속변인 측정은 높은 수준으로 나타난 반면에 기초선 조건 기술, 내적타당도, 연구 환경 기술은 낮은 수준으로 분석되었다. 결론: 가족 참여 중재에서 특수교육대상아동의 장애 유형 및 연령의 확대와 어머니 중심에서 가족 전체 구성원 중심으로 연구가 활성화 되어야 한다. 또한 특수교육대상아동의 발달 단계와 생애 주기의 전환에 따른 가족의 역할을 지원해줄 수 있는 중재 계획 및 가족 참여 중재의 증거기반 실제를 위한 관련 내용을 기술하려는 노력이 필요할 것이다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the trends of the domestic single subject research and the qualitative indicators on the intervention of the family participation for children with special needs. Method: 44 articles were collected according to the selection criteria for the literature published in Korean Special Education Journals from 2007 to 2019. Result: The subjects showed that participation of Autism Spectrum Disorders, infants and mothers were showed high, and they generally participated as coordinators. The place of intervention was shown high in the ratio of households and the intervention period was 15~19 sessions. The research method was the most common in multiple baseline design, and the maintenance was measured in the majority of the analytical articles, but the articles that measured the generalization were at half the level. The studies that presented the treatment fidelity, social validity were low compared to those that presented the interobserver reliability relativity. In relation to the intervention strategy, activity(play)-based teaching, reinforcement, social environment structuring, naturalistic teaching, functional assessment and positive behavior support were shown high. As for dependent variables, research on social and emotional domains was the main focus and shown different in ages. As a result of analysis through Qualitative assessment indicators, participant description, measurement procedure, measurement frequency, measurement reliability, measurement of dependent variable, description of independent variable were analyzed at a high level, and description of baseline, the internal validity, setting description were analyzed at a low level. Conclusion: In family participation intervention, the type of disability and age of children with special needs should be expanded, research trend from mother-focused to all family members should be activated. And interventions that can support the role of the family in transition of developmental stages and life cycles are planned, and efforts are required to provide relevant content for the evidence-based practice of family participation intervention.
