| Abstract | This study investigates the influences of the variables related to adaptation of violence to which Korean Adolescents are exposed. It provides some implications related to practical applications and educational policy to help them adapt well in spite of exposure to violence. A total of 4,600 subjects were included to test the hypothesized structural model. The findings show that resiliency as a personal strength and environmental protective factors may have important roles to play in the positive adaptation of adolescents exposed to violence. Environmental protective factors facilitate and develop growth possibilities for adolescents.
