범죄예방을 위한 지능형 방범 서비스 도입에 따른 경제성 분석 연구 :안양시 방범 실증지구 사업을 중심으로

In recent years, the occurrence of life and violent crime in the city centered on crime-prone areas has become a big issue, raising the public interest in safety from crime has been higher than ever. As the initial response to crime and the importance of crime prevention are emerging, the government is preparing various measures such as crime prevention service using advanced technology. This project is a demonstration project to select specific target sites and apply that on a trial basis with the main purpose of commercialization of intelligent crime prevention technologies and services. In order to spread the business through the demonstration project, it is expected that the practical economic evaluation as well as the academic and practical value of the project will have a great significance. In this study, the purpose of this research is to derive economic feasibility through technologies and services to be implemented in Indokwon district of Anyang city, which is selected demonstration site of the intelligent security, to promote the spread of business and contribute to the policy activation. 최근 들어 도시에서 범죄취약지역을 중심으로 한 생활 강력범죄 발생은 큰 이슈가 되고, 범죄로부터의 안전에 대한 국민적 관심은 어느 때보다 높아졌다. 범죄에 대한 초기 대응 및 범죄 예방의 중요성이 대두되면서 정부는 첨단기술을 활용한 방범 서비스 등 다양한 방안을 마련하고 있다. 공공주도의 방범 서비스가 다양하게 시행되고 있으나, 기술적 한계 및 적용 시 나타나는 문제들이 보완해야할 과제로 지적되고 있다. 이러한 문제 해결을 위해서 가장 필요한 것으로는 지속적인 관련 기술 개발 및 체계적인 시스템 구축과 실질적인 서비스 적용을 위한 실증 등이 꼽힌다. 특히, 테스트베드를 통하여 관련 기술 및 서비스를 현장에 적용하는 실증사업은 지속적인 서비스 개발 및 확산의 역할로 중요시되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지능형 방범 실증지구 대상지인 안양시 인덕원 지구를 중심으로 실증사업에 대한 경제적 타당성을 도출하여 사업의 확산을 도모하고, 정책적 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.
