주거환경이 신혼부부 출산 결정에 미치는 영향 분석

본 연구는 신혼부부의 출산 결정에 영향을 미치는 주거환경 및 사회·경제적 특성요인을 분석해 신혼부부의 가구특성에 기반한 출산지원정책에 대한 시사점을 제시해보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 공간적 범위는 전국을 대상으로 하였으며, 시간적 범위는 2015년을 기준년도로 2016년까지를 범위로 설정하여 연구를 수행하였다. 분석에는 국토교통부 주관으로 조사된 총 2,923가구의 응답결과를 활용하였으며, 분석모형은 로지스틱분석을 적용하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소득이 높고 자산을 축적하는 신혼부부, 주거안정성이 확보된 신혼부부가 그렇지 않은 경우에 비해 출산을 결정하는 확률이 높다. 둘째, 생활환경의 편의성과 양호한 보육환경이 출산결정에 주요한 영향을 미치는 요인이다. 따라서 자녀의 출산결정에는 주거안정이 절대적으로 중요하므로 신혼부부를 위한 공공 및 일반 임대주택 공급을 확대할 필요가 있다. 또한 주거환경 측면에서 생활환경의 편의성을 높이고 양호한 보육환경을 제공해줄 필요가 있다. The study purpose to analyze the residential environment and social‧economic factors affecting the newly married couple and suggest a support policies based on the characteristics of the newly married couple. The spatial scope of this study is across the country, and the scope of the time is set by 2015 to 2016. The analyzed the results of the survey of the total of 2,923 households surveyed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and the analysis utilized logistic model. The results of the major analysis are as follows. First, there is a high probability that a newly married couple, whose incomes are high, and the newly married couple who raise their assets, are more likely to determine the birth rate. Second, the convenience of the living environment and good care environment have an important impact on childbirth. As a result, housing stabilization is vital for the determination of the birth of children, thereby reinforcing the need to expand the supply of public rental housing for newlyweds. It also needs to enhance the convenience of living environment in terms of residential environment and provide a good nursery care environment. KCI Citation Count: 7
