사이코드라마 교육 경험을 가진 현장 실천가들의 사이코드라마 적용 의미와 확장 가능성에 대한 탐색

본 연구는 사이코드라마 교육을 받은 현장 실천가 8명의 경험을 통해, 사이코드라마의 적용 의미와 확장 가능성을 탐색한 질적 연구이다. Colaizzi의 현상학적 방법을 적용하여 심층 인터뷰를 분석한 결과, 총 83개의 의미 단위가 도출되었으며, 이를 15개의 주제로 구성하고, 궁극적으로 다섯 개의 주제 묶음으로 범주화하였다. 도출된 주제 묶음은 ‘사이코드라마 체험의 매혹과 내면적 거리감’, ‘현장 맥락에서 드러난 사이코드라마의 실천적 유용성’, ‘실천을 가로막는 조건과 책임의 무게’, ‘현장 적응을 위한 사이코드라마 기법의 유연한 변형’, ‘사이코드라마의 생태적 진화를 위한 실천 전략’이다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사이코드라마의 실천적 의미를 재조명하고, 향후 확장을 위한 방향성을 제안하였다. This qualitative study explores the meaning of application and the potential for expansion of psychodrama through the experiences of eight field practitioners who have completed psychodrama training. Using Colaizzi’s phenomenological method, in-depth interviews were analyzed, yielding 83 significant meaning units. These were organized into 15 themes and further categorized into five overarching theme clusters: the allure of psychodrama experiences and inner distance, practical utility of psychodrama in real-world contexts, barriers to practice and the burden of responsibility, flexible adaptation of psychodrama techniques for field implementation, and strategic practices for the ecological evolution of psychodrama. Based on these findings, the study reexamines the practical significance of psychodrama and proposes directions for its future development and broader application.
