상담 전문인력 전문상담사의 자격 취득과정 경험에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 상담 전문인력으로 전문성을 갖추는 방법으로써 학회 전문상담사의 자격 취득과정을 선택한 수련생이 수련 영역별로 어떤 경험을 하는지 살펴보고, 그 경험을 이해하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 연구자는 한국 상담학회에서 1급 전문상담사 자격 취득 전체 과정을 경험한 3인과 500시간 이상 1급 수련 과정 중인 6인을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하고, 이들의 자격 취득과정 경험과 의미를 현상학적 질적 연구방법으로 탐색하였다. 연구결과는 ‘1급 전문상담사 자격 취득 수련 과정에서 경험한 것’에서 10개의 주제군과 24개의 주제가 도출되었다. 주제군은 ‘건강한 방향으로 나아감, 내 마음속으로 들어옴, 경험으로 상담을 익히게 됨, 성장 자극과 퇴행 자극이 일어남, 체계를 갖춰감과 고민 들, 아픔과 성장의 기회로 여김, 올라가고 내려오고 그리고 신세계, 해내야 하는 과정, 인식의 전환과 재도전, 능력자로 만듦’으로 나타났다. 다음으로 ‘1급 전문상담사 자격 취득 수련생에게 수련 과정 경험의 의미’는 3개의 주제군과 6개의 주제가 도출되었다. 주제군은 ‘유능감 획득하는 기회, 문제 해결력을 키움, 삶이 조정되는 경험이 됨’으로 도출되었다. 끝으로 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 논의와 의의 및 제한점을 기술하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences of trainees who choose the qualification acquisition process as a method of acquiring expertise as counseling professionals by training area and to understand the experiences. To this end, the researcher conducted in-depth interviews with 3 people who have experienced the entire process of acquiring qualification as a first-class professional counselor at the Korean Counseling Association and 6 people who are in the process of first-class training for more than 500 hours, and explored their experience and meaning in the qualification acquisition process with a phenomenological qualitative research method. As a result of the study, 10 thematic groups and 24 topics were derived from 'Experience in the training process of acquiring qualification as a first-class professional counselor'. The thematic group was found to be 'Moving in a healthy direction, coming into my mind, learning counseling through experience, growth stimulation and regression stimulation, having a system, seeing it as an opportunity for pain and growth, going up and down, and seeing it as a new world, the process to be done, transformation and re-challenge of perception, and making it a competent person'. Next, 'The meaning of the training process experience to trainees who have acquired qualification as a first-class professional counselor' was derived from three thematic groups and six themes. The thematic group was derived as 'the opportunity to acquire a sense of competence, fostering problem-solving skills, and becoming an experience in which life is coordinated'. Finally, based on these research results, the discussion, significance, and limitations of this study were described.
