사이코드라마 전문가의 사이코드라마 입문에 관한 경험 연구

본 연구의 목적은 사이코드라마 전문가의 입문과정 경험의 의미와 본질을 밝히는 데 있다. 이를 위해 한국사이코드라마·소시오드라마학회 소속 사이코드라마 전문가 18명을 대상으로 2022년 7월 1일부터 31일까지 연구 참여자와의 심층 면담을 실시한 후 Giorgi(1985)의 현상학적 연구 방법을 수정·보완하여 내용의 범주화 및 분석 작업을 진행하였다. 그 결과 2개의 범주, 6개의 구성요소, 21개의 하위 구성요소, 56개의 의미 단위 등이 도출되었다. 2개의 범주는 ‘사이코드라마와 만나다.’, ‘전문가 수련의 길로 나아가다.’이다. 첫 번째 범주 ‘사이코드라마와 만나다’의 구성요소는 ‘위기의 순간에 만난 사이코드라마’, ‘우연한 만남’, ‘기분 좋은 만남’, ‘공부 과정 중 알게 됨’, 으로 나타났다. 두 번째 범주 ‘전문가 수련의 길로 나아가다’의 구성요소는 ‘사이코드라마 전문가 수련 결심하다’, ‘사이코드라마 수련 경험을 하다’로 나타났다. 이와 같은 사이코드라마 전문가의 입문과정 경험은 사이코드라마 전문가 삶의 시작 배경, 사이코드라마 대중화의 필요성과 대중화를 위한 방법, 전문가를 위한 교육훈련방식에 대한 방향을 제시해 주는 데 도움이 될 것이다. 또한, 전문가 수련과정을 진행하는 슈퍼바이저의 교육의 필요성과 한국사이코드라마·소시오드라마학회를 통한 지원이 이루어질 수 있기를 제언한다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the meaning and nature of the introductory experience of Psychodramatist to Psychodrama.. To this end, 18 Psychodramatist from the Korea Association for Psychodrama and Sociodrama were interviewed in-depth from July 1 to 31, 2022, and Giorgi's phenomenological research method was revised and supplemented to categorize and analyze the contents. As a result, two categories, six components, 21 subcomponents, and 56 semantic units were derived. The two categories are ‘Meet Psychodrama’ and ‘Move to the Path of Expert Training’. The components of the first category “Meet Psychodrama” were “psychodrama met at a moment of crisis,” “accidental meeting,” “pleasant meeting,” and “knowing during the study process.” The components of the second category, “Going on the path of expert training,” were “Deciding to train psychodrama experts” and “Experiencing psychodrama training.” This introductory course experience of psychodrama experts will help to suggest the background of the beginning of the psychodrama expert's life, the need for popularization of psychodrama and how to popularize it, and the education and training methods for experts. In addition, it is suggested that the necessity of education of supervisors conducting expert training courses and support through the Korea Association for Psychodrama and Sociodrama can be provided.
