Summary:Prosthetic valve endocarditis (PVE) caused by Haemophilus parainfluenzae (H. parainfluenzae) is very rare. Here, we report a case of H. parainfluenzae PVE that developed following the Bentall procedure complicated by a pseudoaneurysm and cerebral emboli.
