Summary:This study is a theoretical study that search for a possibility of the interface between Lacan`s Subjectivity and art therapy for youth. For this study, two investigation methods have been used. One is to make a percentage analysis of 186 art therapy studies for youth and the other is to use the multidisciplinary approach method about literatures of society, youthology, psychotherapy and art therapy. Conclusion and implications of this study is as follows. First, a theoretical consideration of art therapy field in youthology have demonstrated a lot of connection between youth and perception of ego or self and moreover, it could compliment a theoretical system of youthology and art therapy and build a bridge between these two fields. Secondly, internal discourse of Lacan`s Subjectivity have been taught people to live a life as the subject among the world. Also, external discourse of Lacan`s Subjectivity have been assisted them to be illuminated based on postmodernism by making the subject to participate in dialectical sublimation (universal, particular and individual) processes. Finally, this study could draw a conclusion of `a diagram of alienation and separation in art therapy for youth`. Accordingly, it could teach art therapists the attitude and the role that provide the art part and themselves as the transference to youth in art therapy circumstance. Also, it could encourage art therapists to understand themselves as the subject and become creative in their lives.
