Meditec Mel 60을 이용한 L A S I K의 근시 교정 결과

Meditec Mel 60 엑시머 레이저를 이용하여 LASIK을 시행하고 6개월 이상 추적관찰 가능하였던 환자 1 0 5명 2 0 6안을 대상으로 그 결과를 분석하였다.각막절편의 두께는 1 6 0 ㎛로 만들고 가능한한 6 ㎜각막절제 직경을 이용하여 엑시머 레이저 각막절제를 실시하였다.수술전 굴절이상은 -1 .7 5 D에서 -1 3 .5 0 D이었으며,술전 굴절이상에 따라 -6.00D 이하는 Ⅰ군(1 2 0안),-6.25D에서 -1 0 .0 0 D까지는 Ⅱ군(7 2안),-10.25D 이상을 Ⅲ군(1 4안)으로 나누어 결과를 비교하였다. 술전 평균구면렌즈대응치는 Ⅰ군이 -3.81D,Ⅱ군이 -7.63D,Ⅲ군이 -1 2 .5 6 D였으며 술후 1개월에 각각 +0 .0 5 ±0.60D,0.00 ±0.74D,-0.12 ±0.99D,3개월에 각각 -0.11 ±0.58D,-0.19 ±0.75D,-0.59 ±0.90D,6개월에 각각 -0 .21 ±0.59D,-0.34 ±0.78D,-1.11 ±0.8 6D였으며 6개월째 1D 이내에 굴절이상을 나타내는 경우가 Ⅰ군은 90.6%,Ⅱ군은 80.6%,Ⅲ군은 4 6.0 %였다.6개월 후 평균 나안시력은 Ⅰ군은 1.02,Ⅱ군은 0.90,Ⅲ군은 0.75였고,0.8 이상의 나안시력은 Ⅰ군에서는 91.6%,Ⅱ군에서는 89.5%,3군에서는 76.9%였다.숙련된 술자에 의한 LASIK 수술은 근시 굴절이상을 안정적이고,효과적이고,정확하게 교정할 수 있는 것으로 보인다.(한안지 40:1520~1528,1999). We evaluated 206 eyes of 105 patients who recieved LASIK with Meditec Mel 60 excimer laser and followed up for at least 6 months.We used 6 ㎜ optical ablation zone to every passible patients and excuted photorefractive ablation after making corneal hinge flap using a 160 ㎛plate.The range of refractive error was from -1.75D to -13.50D and patients were divided into 3 group according to their manifest refraction error(spherical equivalent):Group Ⅰ(＜-6.00D,120 eyes),Group Ⅱ(-6.25D to -10.00D,72 eyes),Group Ⅲ(＞-10.25D,14 eyes). Mean preoperative spherical equivalent was -3.81D in group Ⅰ,-7.63D in group Ⅱand -12.56D in group Ⅲ.Mean spherical equivalent after LASIK at 1 Month was +0.05 ±0.60D in group Ⅰ,0.00 ±0.74D in group Ⅱ,-0.12 ±0.99D in group Ⅲand at 3 Months,-0.11 ±0.58D,-0.19 ±0.75D,-0.59 ±0.90D and at 6 months -0.21 ±0.59D,-0.34 ±0.78D,-1.11 ±0.86D respectively.In group Ⅰ,90.6%of eyes were within 1D of attemped correction at 6 Months as were 80.6%in group Ⅱand 46.0%in group Ⅲ.Mean UCVA at 6 month after LASIK was 1.02 in group Ⅰ,0.90 in group Ⅱ,0.75 in group Ⅲand uncorrected visual acuity of 0.8 or better was achieved in 91.6% of 118 eyes in group Ⅰ,88.5%of 67 eyes in group Ⅱand 76.9%of 13 eyes in group Ⅲ.LASIK done experienced surgeon appears to be safe,accurate, efficient to correct myopic refractive error (J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 40:1520~1528,1999).
