Summary:To study the reasons on the dramatic increase of nasal allergy in Japan recently, we carried through skin scratch tests among the university students of the same age between Japan, the developed country and China, the developing country. As the results, the positive rates of Japanese were significantly higher than those of Chinese. Usually, the sensitization and the incidence of allergy was considered to be due to three main reasons the quantity of allergens, the capacity of antibody-creathing of human body, and the atmosphere as the mediator. It was our opinion that the different positive rates was mainly attributed to the different quantity of exposure to allergens.
