| Abstract | The aim of this study was to investigate the transformation process of the feelings of parents in relation to collaborative staff-parent relationships, with parents who care for young children with distinctive characteristics, such as developmental disorders. The method of study involved interviewing parents of these young children and the nursery school teacher in charge of their care. Analysis was performed based on the Trajectory Equifinality Approach (TEM). The results found that there was a significant relationship between “obtaining a consensus of feelings,” “reconstructing reality in terms of recognition of the target child” and “learning by the nursery school teacher themselves, rather than just supporting the parent,” and the development of collaborative parent-teacher relationships. By reconstructing the reality of the child grasped by the parent and nursery school teacher, it was suggested that support could be provided to the parent, leading to the stabilization of their feelings. Additionally, the nursery school teacher is in the position of learning from the parent in relation to the care of the child, and it was found that mutual learning is necessary for the development of this collaborative relationship. |

Additionally, the nursery school teacher is in the position of learning from the parent in relation to the care of the child, and it was found that mutual learning is necessary for the development of this collaborative relationship. 本研究は，発達障がい等の特性がある幼児の保護者支援のための協働関係について，保護者の気持ちの変容プロセスに焦点を当てて検討することを目的とした．研究方法として，発達障がい等の特性がある幼児の保護者と担任保育者への聞き取りを行い，複線経路・等至性モデル（TEM）に基づく分析を行った．その結果，保護者と保育者の協働関係の構築に向けた「気持ちの合意形成」「対象児の認識における現実の再構成」「保護者を支援するだけでなく保育者自身も学ぶ」点に意義がみられた．保護者と保育者は双方の視点を確認し合いながら，対象児の姿を捉えることが必要である．その過程で，保護者と保育者が捉えている児の現実の再構成を行うことにより，保護者の気持ちの安定につながる保護者支援への可能性が示唆された．加えて，保育者は児の保育を行うために保護者から学ぶ立場であり，互いの学び合いが協働関係に必要な視点であることもわかった． |
