Preliminary study on the effectiveness of social skills training for adults with autism spectrum disorder
本研究は，成人期の自閉スペクトラム症（Autism Spectrum Disorder; ASD）患者9名に対して，ビデオフィードバックを取り入れた社会的スキル訓練（Social Skills Training; SST）を実施し，社会的スキル，抑うつ，社交不安に対する有効性を検討した．その結果，ビデオフィードバックを取り入れたSSTは，社会的スキルについて有意な改善が認められた．一方で，抑うつや社交不安は有意な改善が認められなかった．本研究の結果から，成人期のASD者に対して，ASD特性を考慮した構造を 設定した上で，ビデオフィードバックを用いたSSTが有用となる可能性が示唆された．...
