Abstract | In this final chapter, our goal is to bring together all the evidence we have presented in this book to make a case for why broad-based employee ownership is appealing, discuss the policy case for employee ownership, and present a list of concrete policy recommendations that can increase the prevalence of employee ownership in our society.
