頚椎人工椎間板置換術により頚椎前弯の獲得は可能か
はじめに:頚椎人工椎間板置換術(C-TDR)症例の頚椎アライメントの変化を検討する.対象と方法:C-TDRを施行した10例を対象にJOAスコア,EQ5D,EQ-VAS,椎間可動域(ROM),局所前弯角,C2-C7 angleを術前と術後6ヶ月で比較した.結果:各臨床評価項目,ROM,局所前弯角は有意に改善・増大したが,C2-C7 angleは有意な変化がなかった.結語:C-TDRにより局所前弯角は増大したがC2-C7 angleは有意な変化がなかった....
