乳幼児の潜水・水泳における心拍反応と不整脈
本研究では, 健康な乳幼児を対象として, 各種条件下での水中心電図を記録し, 心拍反応および不整脈発現について検討した.その結果, 乳幼児でも各種潜水により潜水性徐脈が観察された.不整脈に関しては, 全体の29.5%に何らかの不整脈が認められ, 期外収縮は心室性期外収縮よりも上室性期外収縮が優位な傾向がみられた.また, 運動や水泳を中止する必要がある危険な不整脈の発現は認められなかった....
