内痔核，直腸粘膜脱に対するPPH®による粘膜環状切除後5年目の治療成績
脱出性痔疾患に対するPPH®による粘膜環状切除後5年経過の治療成績を検討した． 対象：本術式を開始した2000年3月から2001年9月の間に手術を施行した100例を対象とした．2006年1月にアンケート調査を行い評価した．結果：有効回答数は44例（女性16例），年齢は中央値67（36∼93）歳であった．観察期間は中央値61（44∼68）カ月であった．術後自覚症状のうち出血は7例（16%），痛みは6例（14%），脱出は11例（25%）であった．1日の排便回数は中央値1（0.3∼4）回，排便時間は中央値7（1∼35）分であった．8例（9%）に便失禁を認め，うち半数が術前と比べ悪くなったと回答し，4...
