若年性歯周炎患者に対する塩酸ミノサイクリン軟膏局所投与の効果について
若年性歯周炎患者の歯周ポケット内に抗生物質を局所投与する歯周病治療法の効果を検討するために, 塩酸ミノサイクリン軟膏を局所投与し, その効果を検討した。臼歯部を4つの部位に分け, ブラッシングのみ, 塩酸ミノサイクリン軟膏局所投与のみ, 塩酸ミノサイクリン軟膏局所投与とスケーリングの併用, スケーリングのみの各処置を行った。 Probing Depthはいずれの処置でも有意な変化がみられなかった。スケーリングと塩酸ミノサイクリン軟膏局所投与併用部位では, 処置後総菌数の減少がみられ, Spirochaeta, Black-pigmented Bateroides, Actinobacillns...
