長期経過症例における歯周病ハイリスク患者の検討

歯周疾患が進行しやすい, いわゆるハイリスクな患者群の存在と, これら患者群を特徴づけるハイリスク因子の検討を行った。被験者は初期治療終了後の再評価から5年以上のメインテナンス治療を受けている患者33名とした。初診時, 再評価時および再評価後1年毎に臨床的パラメーターの診査を行った。観察期間中に2 mm以上のプロービング深さの増加がみられ, かつ再評価後5年目のプロービング深さが4mm以上であった部位を悪化部位とし, 各被験者について全被験部位に対する悪化部位の割合を求め, 悪化率とした。悪化率の分布は0～28.7%であった。6名 (18.2%) の患者が10%を越える悪化率を示し, 全悪化部...
