陰圧閉鎖療法を用いた人工肛門閉鎖術後の創管理
目的：一時的人工肛門閉鎖手術後の創処置の簡便化を目的として，陰圧閉鎖療法（Negative pressure wound therapy；NPWT）を導入している．その治療成績を報告する． 方法：2014年10月から2015年12月までに施行した環状縫合に陰圧閉鎖療法を追加した方法（NPWT併用群）30例を後方視的に検討した． 結果：創感染の発生率は6.7％で，術後在院期間（中央値）は6日，創痂皮化までの期間（中央値）は18日であった．NPWT使用に関連する合併症は認めなかった． 結語：人工肛門閉鎖術の創閉鎖法として環状縫合に陰圧閉鎖療法を加える方法は，簡便に使用可能であった．...
