慢性肝疾患における末梢血単球の免疫応答に関する研究-I領域関連抗原陽性単球
慢性肝疾患における末梢血単球のI領域関連抗原(Ia抗原)陽性細胞数を,モノクローナル抗体を用いた蛍光抗体間接法で測定した.Ia抗原陽性単球数は,慢性活動性肝炎と慢性非活動性肝炎では健常人と差は認められなかった.しかし亜小葉性肝壊死を伴う慢性肝炎,肝硬変および肝細胞癌では,健常人に比較し有意に減少していた(p<0.005).またIa抗原陽性単球数は副腎皮質ホルモン療法により減少したが,インターフェロン療法では変化しなかった.以上の成績より,亜小葉性肝壊死を伴なう慢性肝炎,肝硬変および肝細胞癌は抗原提示細胞の減少を認め,免疫応答の低下が示唆された.またIa抗原の表出は,副腎皮質ホルモンにより...
