「飲むと健康に良い」と宣伝されている諸水製品類の実態の検討
今日,特定健康保健食品ではない種々の水製品が,含有成分の作用あるいは水分子の物性の変化を根拠に,「飲むと健康に良い」という種類の宣伝を伴って販売されている。筆者らのグループは,それらのうち,「有害な活性酸素を消去する成分が含まれており,体内で抗酸化作用を示す」とされているもの及び「水分子のクラスター・サイズが普通の水よりも小さく,水のbioavailabilityが大きいので,生体組織への吸収率が高い」とされているものを各々数点選び,試験管内の諸物理化学的性質および健常者における飲用効果を検討した。当該研究において検討した諸検水は,前者については,いずれも試験管内では一定の抗酸化作用を示したが...
