乳腺管状癌の臨床病理学的検討

はじめに:管状癌は特殊型に分類される比較的稀な腫瘍であり，マンモグラフィ（MG）検診の普及とともに増加する可能性が高い．対象と方法:1997-2011年に教室で経験した管状癌8例を対象とし，臨床病理学的に検討した．結果:年齢は平均62歳．MGでは7例（88％）がspiculaを伴う腫瘤陰影またはdistortionを認め，超音波所見では7例（88％）で不整形低エコー腫瘤を認めた．術式は乳房切除術1例，乳房温存術7例．病理所見で平均腫瘍径1.1cm，センチネルリンパ節生検または腋窩郭清を施行した5例は全例リンパ節転移陰性，ERは全例陽性であった．他病死した1例を除き全例健存している．結語:管状癌...
