Abstract | 【⽬的】⾼齢者への6 ヵ⽉間の背部筋強化エクササイズ介⼊が,1 年後の姿勢アライメント,背部筋⼒,⾝体パフォーマンス,健康関連QOL に影響するか,コントロール(全⾝運動)群の変化と異なるかを確認した。 【⽅法】姿勢アライメント("usual"と"best"姿勢の脊柱弯曲⾓度,頭部位置,膝屈曲⾓度),背部筋⼒,5 回⽴ち上がりテスト(SS-5),⽚脚⽴位保持時間,5 m 最⼤歩⾏速度,⽇本版physical performance test(以下,JPPT),SF-8 を評価し,全対象者,適切に介⼊を終えた対象者に分け,時期間と群間の差を⽐べた。【結果】適切に介⼊を終えた対象者でも"usual"姿勢の腰椎弯曲⾓が増加し,頭部が前⽅化した。背部筋⼒とSS-5は低下し, 5 m 最⼤歩⾏速度とJPPT は維持された。いずれも群間差はなかった。【結論】背部筋強化エクササイズが,1 年後の姿勢アライメントに影響を与えるとはいえない。 |
