急性胆嚢炎外科治療の現況 ガイドラインは治療に変化を与えたか
急性胆嚢炎の外科治療に関するアンケート調査を日本腹部救急医学会評議員を対象に行った。その結果，ガイドラインの発刊により急性胆嚢炎の早期手術を前提とする治療方針が41.7％から57.3％へと増加していた。胆嚢摘出術の手術手技はガイドライン発刊前が腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術を前提とするは79.1％であり，発刊後には87.3％に増加していた。このことより，急性胆嚢炎の手術手技は，すでに腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術が第1選択の手術手技となっていると思われた。しかし，急性胆嚢炎に対する早期手術率はガイドライン発刊後でも57.3％であり，過半数を超える程度であった。急性胆嚢炎の診療において「急性胆管炎・胆嚢炎の治療ガイドラ...
