回腸原発solitary fibrous tumorの1例
症例は72歳の女性で，2007年11月CTで骨盤内腫瘤を指摘され，当院紹介された．腹部CTで骨盤内に5.0×8.0 cm大の造影される腫瘤を認めた．腫瘍の灌流静脈は上腸間膜静脈であった．回腸gastrointestinal stromal tumorの診断で開腹手術を施行した．回腸末端から約20 cm口側の回腸に腫瘍を認めた．腫瘍を含む回腸を切除した．切除標本では，腫瘍は大きさ9.0×7.0×6.0 cm大で，割面は白色から淡黄白色で一部に壊死や出血を認めた．病理組織学的検査では，腫瘍は主に回腸漿膜から壁外に増殖していた．硝子化した膠原線維バンドを伴い，粘液性間質の中に紡錘形細胞が不規則に増生...
