重症COVID-19の人工呼吸管理でケタミンを併用した場合の臨床的アウトカムの後方視的解析
2021年4月以降の重症COVID-19患者数増加により,当院ではミダゾラムの在庫が枯渇し,使用を制限された.本研究は,ケタミンを代替鎮静薬として併用し,ケタミン不使用例とアウトカムを比較した後方視的研究である.29例の対象患者についてケタミン使用群,不使用群の2群での比較検討を行った結果,ケタミン使用群で有意に人工呼吸日数(23 vs 10日,p=0.012)・ICU滞在日数(27 vs 11日,p=0.012)が長く,せん妄発症率が高く(93.8 vs 30.8%,p<0.001),他の鎮静鎮痛薬の使用量が多い傾向にあった.死亡率,ECMO導入例,人工呼吸器関連事象の発生率には有意差を認め...
