無腹水肝硬変患者の肝及び全身循環動態に及ぼすspironolactoneの作用
門脈圧を減少するかを見る為,無腹水肝硬変12例でspironolactoneの肝及び全身循環動態への効果を研究した.同剤100mg/日を4週間投与しその前後で循環動態を測定した.肝静脈圧較差(前16.9±3.6mmHg,投与後12.6±4.2mmHg, p<0.01)は24.7%有意に減少した.有効肝血流量,門脈血流量に変化はなかった.Spironolactoneにより,平均動脈圧,心拍出量,循環血漿量,体重に有意の変化を見たが,心拍数,末梢血管抵抗,ヘマトクリットには変化はなかった.肝静脈圧較差の減少率と上記各種検査値の変化率との間には有意の相関はなかった.これら成績からspirono...
