Abstract 再発乳癌148例の発見のきっかけを分析した.局所胸壁再発では視触診62.1%, 自覚症状31.0%, 腫瘍マーカー異常6.9%, 所属リンパ節再発では視触診69.4%, 自覚症状13.9%, 腫瘍マーカー異常11.1%, 肺転移では腫瘍マーカー異常56.5%, 胸部X線写真21.7%, CT13.0%, 自覚症状8.7%, 胸膜転移では,自覚症状42.9%, 腫瘍マーカー異常35.7%, CT21.4%, 骨転移では自覚症状45.3%, 骨シンチグラム30.2%, 腫瘍マーカー異常20.8%, 肝転移ではCT53.8%, 腫瘍マーカー異常46.2%, 温存乳房再発では視触診76.3%, MMG7.7%, 自覚症状7.7%, 腫瘍マーカー異常7.7%であった.問診は,局所胸壁,所属リンパ節,胸膜,骨,脳転移,視触診は局所胸壁・所属リンパ節,温存乳房内再発,腫瘍マーカー測定は,肺,胸膜,骨,肝転移, CTは肺,胸膜,肝転移の発見に有効であった.乳癌術後フォローアップ法は,問診・視触診,腫瘍マーカー測定, CT撮影が望ましい.
