特発性門脈圧亢進症を伴った小児にみられた肝細胞質内血漿性封入体の一症例
特発性門脈圧亢進症を伴なった小児肝で,肝細胞質内に定型的な好酸性球状体を認める事ができた.この球状体は組織化学的にはPAS及び消化試験陽性であった.電顕的には蛋白様物質からなる封入体であり,さらに肝細胞で産生されたものではない事がわかった.この封入体は免疫組織化学的に抗ヒトalbumin, IgG, IgM, IgA, transferrin, fibrinogenなどの各種血漿成分に対し陽性所見を示し,血漿性封入体である事が明らかになった.この血漿性封入体は肝類洞内圧が亢進した際に出現する事が多く,この事から特発性門脈圧亢進症に於ける門脈圧亢進の成因の1つとして,肝類洞域の循環動態の変化も関...
