テトラサイクリン含有ストリップス型歯周病薬 (LSD) の臨床応用
ストリップス型歯周病薬 (LSD, テトラサイクリン10%含有)の臨床応用の検討のため, 以下の試験を試みた。4mm以上のポケットを有する46症例92部位を対象とし, LSD投与群とプラセボ投与群 (テトラサイクリン未含有ストリップス) による臨床症状 (プラーク・歯石・発赤・腫脹・ポケットの深さ・出血・排膿・動揺・挿入時の痛み・疼痛) の比較を挿入1, 2, 3週後に行なった。またLSD投与1, 2, 7日後の歯周ポケット内TC残量検査を行ない以下の結論を得た。 1.プラセボ投与群に比較し, LSD投与群に臨床症状の改善が多く認められた。 2.出血, 発赤, 排膿はLSD投与群において一部統...
