上歯肉癌の臨床病理学的検討
2002年から2008年までに当科で手術加療を行った上歯肉癌31例を対象として臨床病理学的検討を行った。原発巣の切除術式は1.粘膜切除，2.歯槽骨切除，3.上顎部分切除，4.上顎（亜）全摘が選択されそれぞれ2例，4例，19例，6例であった。病理診断では疣状癌と高分化扁平上皮癌で31例中19例と高分化型が約60%を占めていた。分化型毎に上顎骨浸潤の有無を比較すると，高分化型では57.9%（11/19），中分化型では62.5%（5/8），低分化型では100%（2/2）で高分化型でも骨浸潤は高率に認められた。5年無再発生存率は56.2%だったが，12例再発したうち8例が救済可能（Salvage率66...
