経カテーテル大動脈弁置換術（TAVR）における術後嘔気嘔吐（PONV）の危険因子の検討

【目的】バルーン拡張型経カテーテル大動脈弁置換術（TAVR）における術後嘔気嘔吐（PONV）のリスク因子について後方視的に検討した。　【方法】経大腿動脈TAVR（TF-TAVR）の術後24時間以内のPONV発生を主要アウトカムとし，術前の患者因子および術中因子について，多重ロジスティック回帰分析を行った。　【結果】110例中24症例（21%）でPONVを認めた。術中輸液量の過多が有意なリスク因子であった。他の説明変数はPONVと関連がなかった。　【結論】TF-TAVRにおけるPONVに術中輸液量の増加が関与することが判明した。...
