症例 三心房心に僧帽弁閉鎖不全および感染性心内膜炎を合併した1治験例
三心房心は比較的まれな先天性心疾患であり,現在までに本邦では約50例の報告がある.三心房心に感染性心内膜炎を合併した報告は極めてまれである.今回我々は三心房心(Lucas-Schmidt type IA)に僧帽弁閉鎖不全と感染性心内膜炎を合併した成人例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告した.感染性心内膜炎は抗生剤抵抗性で,経過中僧帽弁疵贅の増大を認めたため,僧帽弁置換術,左心房内隔壁除去術を行い経過は良好である....
