研究 冠動脈バイパス術による運動負荷時心機能の変化
冠動脈バイパス術(CABG)前後の運動負荷時心機能の変化を検討するために35例の患者において術前および術後4週に運動負荷心プールシンチグラフィーを施行した.左室駆出率(EF),最大駆出速度(PER),最大充満速度(FFR),拡張早期1/3の最大充満速度(1/3FR)を算出した.術前の運動負荷によるEFの変化は-3.9±7.3%であったが,術後の運動負荷によるEFの変化は+2.4±6.1%であった(p<0.01).術前は運動負荷時に変化しなかったPERは術後運動負荷時に2.88±0.71sec-1から3.85±0.85sec-1へ増加した(p<0.01).術後運動負荷時のPFRは術前...
